  ✦ All prices are denominated in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). Payment is only accepted via online credit card. Transaction fees, exchange rates, and refund fees for overseas credit cards are subject to the issuing bank's regulations. Please contact your credit card issuing bank if you have any questions.

Delivery Areas

  ✦ Currently, we offer service for orders from USA, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Macau.

  ✦ Malaysia and Singapore: Please ensure you fill in your recipient's information in English, including your full English name and address. Recipients must use their full English name, not abbreviations. All mailing addresses must include the correct postal code (Malaysia 5-digit; Singapore 6-digit).

  ✦ Hong Kong and Macau: Please fill in your recipient's information in Chinese, and select the correct region and address, along with complete recipient information.

  ✦ When placing your order, please select the correct region and fill in the correct address and recipient information. If incorrect information results in misdelivery, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customs Duties

  ✦ For goods imported into other countries, import duties, or other taxes may apply according to the import regulations of each country. These taxes are the responsibility of the consumer. Please check with your local government for the exact amount.

  ✦ The recipient must comply with the import regulations and restrictions (prohibited items, etc.) of the receiving country (region). Otherwise, the recipient will be solely responsible for any related legal issues.

  ✦ If the package incurs customs duties due to the regulations of different countries, and the orderer is unwilling to pay the duties, resulting in the package being returned, the refund amount will be the original order balance after deducting the actual round-trip shipping costs and customs duties in both countries. Returns and Exchanges Policy

  ✦ Due to the complexities of international refund processes, we are unable to provide return and exchange services for overseas members. Please carefully verify the contents and quantity of your order before purchasing. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason.

  ✦ For overseas orders, if delivery is impossible due to incorrect or faulty recipient information (address/contact number/person), or if the package has been unreachable for more than 15 days since it arrived in the local area and delivery cannot be arranged, no refund will be issued. The order will be returned as abandoned. Therefore, please ensure you fill in accurate information when placing your order and keep your phone and email address handy for delivery arrangements.

  ✦ If an incorrect address is discovered before shipment, the original order must be cancelled and a new order placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
